About Me

I work with professionals who find themselves at an important turning point in their lives — helping them develop greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence as they move into the next phase of who they are becoming.

My work combines structured transformation methods with reflective, conscious development, supporting people as they reshape the way they think, navigate change, and move through their lives.

My Path to This Work

For most of my professional life, I worked in education and teaching. Helping people learn, grow, and recognise their potential always came naturally to me.

After beginning my career in television, I eventually founded and ran my own English academy in Barcelona, where I spent many years working with students, professionals, and teachers from around the world.

Over time, however, the demands of running a business while raising a family and carrying constant responsibility began to take a serious toll. Eventually, the burnout became impossible to ignore and forced me to stop.

That pause became a turning point.

For the first time in years, I had the space to look honestly at how I was living and ask whether it was truly aligned with the life I wanted to create.

Discovering a Different Way Forward

During that period, I began exploring personal development more deeply, searching for a way to better understand the patterns shaping my life and the direction I wanted to move toward.

Many ideas resonated, but it was through the work of Bob Proctor and the structured transformation process he taught that things began to connect in a more grounded and practical way.

What stood out to me was the integration of mindset, subconscious conditioning, behaviour, and personal responsibility — not simply as concepts, but as something that could be consciously understood and applied in everyday life.

For the first time, I began to understand not only why I had been feeling stuck, but also how meaningful change could actually take place.

As I experienced deeper shifts in my own life, I felt increasingly drawn to guide others through a similar process of reflection, awareness, and transformation.

That eventually led me to train in the methodology and begin working with others through structured transformational processes — work I have been developing and offering for the past six years.

How I Work Today

At heart, I still see my work as guiding people back into deeper awareness of themselves.

What continues to inspire me most is witnessing the moment when someone begins to see themselves differently — when new awareness emerges, old patterns begin to loosen, and a different way of living starts to become possible.

After more than two decades of teaching and working closely with people, I have come to believe that most individuals already carry the wisdom, potential, and direction they are searching for within themselves.

What is often missing is the space, structure, support, and honest reflection needed to recognise patterns clearly and begin creating meaningful change.

Today, I guide people through structured transformational work designed to help them move from confusion, misalignment, or recurring patterns toward greater clarity, self-trust, and conscious direction.

The work combines reflective awareness, identity-level transformation, practical tools, and ongoing support — both through private one-to-one work and the group spaces, circles, and experiences offered through SOAR Barcelona.
