I work with thoughtful adults who find themselves at an important turning point in their lives — helping them develop greater awareness, clarity, and confidence as they move into the next chapter of who they are becoming.
My work combines structured transformation methods with reflective, conscious development, supporting people as they reshape how they think, decide, and move through their lives.
For many years my professional life centred around teaching. I discovered early on that helping people learn, grow, and discover their potential was something that came naturally to me.
After beginning my career in television, I moved into education and eventually founded my own English academy in Barcelona. Over the years I worked with hundreds of students, teachers, and professionals, building a thriving learning community.
But behind the scenes, my own life was becoming increasingly unsustainable.
Running a business, raising two young children, managing a home, and working constantly began to take a serious toll. By the time the Covid lockdown arrived, I was already deeply burned out — although I hadn’t fully realised how much until everything suddenly stopped.
That pause became a turning point.
For the first time in years I had space to look honestly at how I was living and to ask whether it was truly aligned with the life I wanted.
During that period I began exploring personal development more seriously, searching for a way to understand the deeper patterns shaping my life and the direction I wanted to move in.
Some ideas helped, but nothing created the shift I was searching for — until I discovered the work of Bob Proctor and the structured transformation process he taught.
What immediately struck me was that it connected ideas I had always been drawn to — manifestation, mindset, possibility — with a clear and practical understanding of how our thinking and subconscious patterns actually shape our lives.
From the very first lesson, I felt something shift.
For the first time, I could see not only why I had been feeling stuck, but also how change could actually happen.
As I began experiencing real change in my own life, I felt a strong pull to share what I was learning with others and to help them experience the same sense of possibility and empowerment.
That led me to train in the method and begin guiding others through the same structured transformation process — work I have now been developing and offering for the past six years.
At heart, I am still a teacher.
What inspires me most is witnessing the moment when someone begins to see themselves differently — when a new understanding appears, their energy shifts, and they realise that change is not only possible, but that it is already beginning to unfold as we move through the process together.
After more than two decades of teaching and working with people, I have come to believe that most individuals already carry the wisdom and potential they need within themselves.
What is often missing is a clear structure, steady support, and a space where people can explore their patterns honestly, integrate new ideas and behaviours, and begin responding differently.
That is the work I now dedicate myself to.
Today I guide people through a structured six-month transformation process designed to help them move from confusion, misalignment, or patterns that no longer serve them toward greater clarity, self-trust, and meaningful life change.
The work combines practical tools, reflective awareness, and steady support — helping people reconnect with their own inner wisdom and consciously shape the life they want to create.
